When I’m not guiding others through yoga sessions, you can find me out adventuring on the trails soaking in nature or hanging with my amazing pets. With a love for both movement and the outdoors, I take time to unwind and recharge by exploring scenic paths.. 

I believe in the power of movement and how it can transform and heal.

I believe that the care we give this planet and its creatures has impact and our connection with it is sacred. 

Whether on the mat or amidst nature I am about trying to live my yoga, finding balance, staying connected, and living with intention. 

I lead yoga retreats across this beautiful world, guiding groups to explore, immerse in nature, seek adventure, and deepen their connection with themselves and their breath.
