I’m a former outside sales rep turned passionate yoga instructor, on a mission to share the beauty of yoga with the world.

As an animal advocate, I believe our connection to ourselves and the planet is deeply intertwined.

Through yoga, I’ve become more mindful of how I interact with the world around me, and I love sharing this practice to help others find balance, awareness, and inner peace.

Whether through movement, breath, or stillness, yoga is a powerful tool for transformation—and I’m here to guide you on that journey!

How It Started

I am German American and split my time growing up traveling between Germany and the United States. Early on I found an appreciation for travel and experiencing other cultures.

Growing up, being different in school wasn’t always easy. As a tender-hearted kid who deeply cared for every living creature I met, I often found myself an easy target for bullying. When I discovered yoga in my teen years, it became a steady companion, guiding me through life’s challenges.

Traveling from an early age instilled in me the importance of experiencing the world and embracing different cultures. It taught me that growth happens when we step beyond our comfort zones and connect with something greater.

After spending over a decade in outside sales, the shift brought on by COVID led me to reevaluate where I invest my time and energy. In 2020, I stepped into teaching yoga. My goal is to meet my students where they are, cultivate self-compassion, and inspire that kindness to ripple out into the world.

My intention is to create experiences where people can truly live their yoga—immersing themselves in nature, moving in harmony with its rhythms, and fostering a deep connection with all living beings. Through these journeys, I hope to spread kindness, compassion, and a sense of unity with the world around us.
